Abstract ::
Corporate Asset Maintenance System will provide the users to maintain the KM Library. The problem will be stored in a centralized database and the users will get in touch with the database and get the clarification they need. Whenever a problem arises, the following things will take place: The operator who takes the call will search the Corporate Asset for the relevant problem and if the operator could find the solution, then the same will be communicated to the users. If not, the following things will be taken place: · The operator logs in the request with the details like Client, Asset, Asset Category and the details of the problem. · Then the problem will be allocated to the concerned technical person by the Allocator. · The technical person will give the answer, with his own comments. · The same will be communicated to the end user and the issue will be closed.
